Ben Jammin’ has been dancing for 8 years, 6 of those on the professional circuit, and has received tuition from Street Dance pioneer, Ken Swift of VII Gems, New York.

Artists and organisations he has worked with include Killa Kella for MTV’s “A Magic Day”. He competed at the Sprite Urban Games in 2004, 2005 and 2006, against some of the world’s finest crews as a member of SIN Cru. He has worked for Network Rail as a Bboy facilitator and dancer for their yearly event, “No Messin’” which aims to educate young people on the dangers of playing too close to railway lines. He has appeared on television for BBC 2’s “The Culture Show” and has stunt doubled on BBC 3’s “Grime Scene Investigation”.

Ben has also been involved in a variety of theatre productions with SIN Cru. He has performed various pieces at Breakin’ Convention in Brighton 2007, London 2008 and Edinburgh 2009, with both group and solo pieces. These were performed alongside world famous artists such as The Electric Boogaloos, Frank II Louise, VII Gems, Myosung and Salah.

As well as working at major events and in the theatre, Ben also holds regular Street Dance workshops where he has taught adults and young people with abilities ranging from beginner to professional level.
